Mirko Zago

Famous Italian chef, host of cooking shows on Russian TV. In 1987, Mirko Dzago began working as an apprentice at the Piemonte restaurant (Aosta, Italy). From 1987 to 2001 Mirko worked in restaurants and hotels in Switzerland, Spain and Italy. He ended up in Russia thanks to his acquaintance with the restaurateur Arkady Novikov.
