Terry Ryan

Terry Ryan, raised in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador, was a professional hockey player for 7 years - highlighted by appearing in 8 NHL games. He retired in 2007, released a best-selling book entitled "Tales of a First Round Nothing", and began a career in the arts. Ryan now works in the film industry and has appeared on several episodes of the hit CBC television program Republic of Doyle, playing small roles.
