Nathalie Merchant

Her mother is Romanian, her father is Panamanian/Jamaican. She moved to Sweden when she was 4.5 years old and learned Spanish and Swedish. Her family relocated to Panama for a year, where she studied at a Catholic School with nuns. After a year of opposition, she convinced her mother to move back to Sweden where she continued to study at an American school. In 6th grade, she moved back to a Swedish School and ultimately she went to an International High School, where she decided to study in Italy for an exchange year after her first year in high school.…
